Dr. Loai Zabin is a highly accomplished nursing leader, educator, and American Heart Association (AHA)–certified ACLS instructor. He holds a Ph.D. in Nursing and has over 16 years of experience in clinical education, hospital leadership, and health systems development. Formerly serving as Chief Nursing Officer at An-Najah National University Hospital, Dr. Zabin has led strategic nursing initiatives and international accreditation efforts (JCI, NCPD).
Currently, he lectures at multiple Palestinian universities and trains healthcare professionals in advanced life support, simulation-based learning, and evidence-based practice. His dedication to nursing excellence and patient safety has positioned him as a key figure in the advancement of emergency care training in Palestine.
