What is a First Aid Course?

This course is designed to teach essential life-saving skills to respond quickly and effectively during medical emergencies such as bleeding, burns, fainting, allergic reactions, fractures, and more.
It is part of the HeartSaver curriculum from the American Heart Association (AHA) and is also offered in British-accredited formats or as part of local first responder training.

You don’t need to be a doctor or nurse — anyone can learn to save a life.
