An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a life-saving device used to treat sudden cardiac arrest by delivering an electric shock to restore normal heart rhythm. In our courses, we use realistic AED devices to simulate emergencies and prepare trainees for real-world situations.
Authentic Hands-On Experience: Practice on a device that closely mimics what’s used in hospitals, ambulances, and public spaces.
Muscle Memory: Learn exactly where to place pads, how to follow prompts, and when to deliver a shock.
Confidence Boosting: Helps reduce fear or hesitation in actual cardiac emergencies.
Meets AHA Standards: Required for all accredited BLS, ACLS, and HeartSaver courses.
Real AED training unit (non-shocking, safe for use)
AED pad placement on adult/child manikins
Voice prompts and guided scenarios
Practice with multiple rhythms and outcomes
Medical and nursing students
First responders (EMTs, firefighters, police)
Teachers, coaches, and public safety officials
Anyone in a HeartSaver or BLS course
Yes — we use realistic AED training units that look, sound, and operate just like actual AEDs. They’re safe, non-shocking, and essential for hands-on practice.
Absolutely. The AEDs used in training are non-functional for actual shocks — they’re made specifically for simulation and learning.
No — the training AEDs are for simulation only. However, the skills you learn will transfer directly to real AEDs found in airports, schools, clinics, and malls.
